El equipo de fútbol sub-21 de Brighton, también conocido como Brighton & Hove Albion Sub-21, es el equipo de reservas del Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, un club de fútbol profesional con sede en Brighton, Inglaterra. El equipo compite en la Premier League 2, la segunda división del fútbol juvenil inglés.

El equipo sub-21 de Brighton fue fundado en 2012, después de la promoción del club a la Football League Championship. El equipo juega sus partidos en casa en el American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, que se encuentra cerca del estadio principal del Brighton, el Amex Stadium.

El equipo sub-21 de Brighton es dirigido por Andrew Crofts, quien fue nombrado entrenador en jefe en 2019. Crofts es un exjugador del Brighton, habiendo jugado para el club entre 2006 y 2013. Bajo el liderazgo de Crofts, el equipo sub-21 de Brighton ha tenido éxito, ganando la Premier League 2 en 2021.
